Order Processing and Handling Time
All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed within the United States. Handling time includes verification of payment, quality checks, and packaging of your items. Orders placed after our daily cutoff time will begin processing on the next business day.
Daily Order Cutoff
To ensure your order is processed on the same business day, please complete your purchase before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed after this cutoff will be handled on the following business day. For example, an order placed at 5:01 PM EST on a Monday will begin processing on Tuesday (assuming Tuesday is a business day). During peak seasons or promotional events, handling may extend to 2 business days; we will notify you if any delays occur.
Shipping Transit Time
Once your order has been shipped, you can expect delivery within 3 to 6 business days for standard shipping. Transit time begins after the package is picked up by our carrier. Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. SPOONLAB is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. We will provide a tracking number via email as soon as your order is scanned in by the carrier, allowing you to monitor progress in real time.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
SPOONLAB insures all shipments against loss or damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage (photos) and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For lost packages, we will initiate a trace with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. SPOONLAB is not responsible for packages reported as delivered by the carrier but stolen from your doorstep. We recommend providing a secure delivery location or requesting signature confirmation if needed.
