30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange any item purchased directly from SPOONLAB within 30 days of the delivery date. The 30-day period begins the day your order is delivered to the shipping address provided. We do not charge any restocking fee, and return shipping is free of charge for all eligible returns within the United States. To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer service team using the information provided below, and we will guide you through the process.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. For hygiene reasons, certain products such as opened consumables or personalized items may be excluded from return. Please check with our support team if you are unsure about the eligibility of your specific item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. After the inspection is complete, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued within 10 business days from the date we receive the returned merchandise. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund to your account. No Restocking Fee
We believe that returning a product should not cost you extra. SPOONLAB does not charge any restocking fees for standard returns or exchanges. The full purchase price of the item (excluding any original shipping charges) will be refunded. If you received free shipping on your original order, the value of that shipping will not be deducted from your refund.
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange for the return of the original item and ship the replacement item at no additional shipping cost to you. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will process a full refund instead.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

We will then send you a prepaid return shipping label and step-by-step instructions. Please ensure the package is securely wrapped and includes all original components.
