SPOONLAB uses secure third-party payment processors; we do not store full credit card details. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order with a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes for international orders. 6. Returns and Refunds
You may return unused, unopened products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping and handling fees. To initiate a return, contact [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of our receipt of the returned item. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

All content on the SPOONLAB website—including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software—is the intellectual property of SPOONLAB or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
